Vibrant persimmons rest in a rich green bowl beside a deep plum bottle, creating a striking balance of warm and cool tones. Painted intuitively, this piece evolved through layers of expressive brushwork, simplified shapes, and subtle texture. Rather than focusing on realism, I was interested in capturing the feeling of abundance, warmth, and the quiet beauty found in ordinary objects gathered around the table.
